DreamDrawer helps you turn images into coloring pages, draw pixel artwork, and save your creations. Upload materials you have the right to use, and keep separate copies of important results.
1. About the service
For questions about DreamDrawer, contact info@proffi.io. These terms apply to the DreamDrawer app and the website dreamdrawer.proffi.io.
Features include creating coloring pages from images, drawing from scratch, the official collection, a gallery, profiles, and Sprint competitions. Creating coloring pages on the server and using online features requires an internet connection. Feature availability may depend on the app version and device.
2. Account and device
The app starts with a technical Firebase account without email and password registration. Profiles let you keep separate game data within the app. Do not share access tokens or a previously configured PIN with other people.
Uninstalling the app, losing your device, or clearing app data may result in loss of access to the anonymous account and local artwork. Email recovery is not available. Export important drawings in advance.
3. Your images and rights
Upload your own images or materials for which you have the necessary rights to use and process them. Obtain the necessary permissions for images of other people, especially minors.
You retain the rights you hold to uploaded materials. By submitting an image to create a coloring page, you permit processing, technical copying, and storage to the extent needed for the selected feature. This does not give the service the right to automatically publish a personal photo or use it in advertising.
Processing results depend on the source image and settings. Resemblance, level of detail, and ease of coloring may vary; review the preview before you begin.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to infringe the rights of others, upload illegal materials, interfere with infrastructure, bypass access restrictions, overload the service through automation, or manipulate competition results.
Report suspicious materials, technical vulnerabilities, or rights violations through support. To protect users and the service, access associated with activity that violates the rules may be restricted within the limits of applicable law.
5. Game rewards and advertising
Coins, experience, and rewards reflect game progress. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, and are not exchanged for money by the service. The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads.
If paid or advertising features are introduced, their terms will be provided separately.
6. Minors
Follow the app store’s age restrictions and applicable law. Where a legal representative’s consent or involvement is required, use must take place with their involvement. The profile type does not confirm age or replace that consent.
7. Availability and preserving artwork
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, network failures, or third-party services. Uninterrupted operation, unchanged features, and recovery of all local data are not guaranteed.
Save important results to your photo library or your own backup. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Data, deletion, and changes
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app by following these instructions. Deletion is irreversible for active profiles and artwork; exceptions for technical records and copies are described separately.
New versions of these terms are published on this page with an update date. For questions about use or resolving disputes, email info@proffi.io. Mandatory provisions of applicable law remain in effect.
