Personal images are not published in a shared feed. To create a coloring page, the selected image is sent to the server. The app uses Firebase for sign-in and asks for separate optional choices for analytics and crash reporting. The current version has no ads.
1. Scope and contact
For questions about privacy, access, correction, or deletion of data in DreamDrawer, contact info@proffi.io.
This policy applies to the DreamDrawer app and the website dreamdrawer.proffi.io.
2. What data is processed
- Account and profiles: technical account and profile identifiers, your chosen name, profile type, and avatar. An anonymous Firebase account is created when the app starts: no email, phone number, or password is requested for sign-in. “Anonymous” means there is no standard registration form; activity can still be linked to an identifier.
- Images and artwork: photos you select, avatars, generated coloring pages, and their previews. Artwork, drafts, and progress are saved on the device.
- Game data: actions, time, competition results, artwork ratings, rewards, and progress linked to an account or profile.
- Notifications: if you enable push, we store a random installation identifier, Firebase Cloud Messaging delivery token, platform, app language, and account association. The server stores delivery records for competition publication and start notifications.
- Analytics: feature usage events, profile type, installation or device identifiers, app version and device information, and approximate location. Firebase Analytics may derive this location from the IP address; the app does not request precise location.
- Diagnostics and security: error and crash reports, performance information, technical logs, and IP addresses used to protect the service. Server processing logs may contain an account identifier. If a PIN was previously set up for the account, a protected representation is stored, rather than the PIN in plain text.
- Support requests: the email address and message content that you send.
This website has no advertising or analytics SDKs, registration forms, or analytics cookies. When you open a page, the server receives the usual HTTP request information needed to communicate with your browser and protect the website.
3. Why data is needed
Data is used to operate accounts and profiles, convert images, save artwork and game progress, run competitions, prevent abuse, respond to requests, analyze feature usage, and fix errors.
The current version has no ads, advertising tracking, or Google Ads/AdMob integrations. If processing practices change, including the addition of ads, we will update this policy and provide the necessary notices and obtain any required permissions before using the new features.
4. What happens to an image
You select an image through your device’s system interface and confirm the crop. The selected image is sent to the DreamDrawer server to create a coloring page. Personal photos are not sent to a third-party moderation service or published automatically.
After successful processing, the server deletes the working source file. Any remaining source files older than 24 hours are subject to periodic cleanup; a technical failure may delay deletion. The generated coloring page and its preview are stored separately. This does not delete the original photo from your photo library or all backups.
Exporting to Photos saves a copy at your request and with system permission. You can change photo library access in your device settings.
5. Services and data transfers
Firebase Authentication is used for authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase for statistics, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports. These services receive the data needed for those functions. Learn more in the Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy.
Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iOS, Apple Push Notification service. These services receive technical delivery data and notification text.
Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. Storage locations depend on the service used and its settings.
Personal artwork is not available to other players through a public feed. Competitions display standings and results. Data may also be provided in response to a binding lawful request where required by law.
6. Storage and deletion
- Profiles, personal artwork, and game records are retained to operate the account. Deleting an account starts the deletion of the main associated records on the server and clears local artwork, progress, and drafts.
- Deleting an individual artwork from the gallery clears its local record on the device. The server data for the completed coloring page and preview remains. To delete associated server data, delete the account or send a request to support.
- Source images are deleted under the rules in the section above. Copies in your photo library and exported files remain under your control.
- A technical record of the deleted account containing the Firebase identifier and deletion date is retained to prevent the old account from being recreated. This record is not currently deleted automatically.
- Technical logs and backups: uniform retention periods have not yet been established. They may remain after the active account is deleted; immediate deletion of all copies is not guaranteed.
- Firebase/Google data is stored separately according to the settings and policies of the respective services. Deleting a DreamDrawer account does not automatically delete all previously collected analytics events and crash reports.
If you need information about remaining data or want to request its deletion, email info@proffi.io. We will check which data can be linked to your request and which retention restrictions apply. Step-by-step account deletion instructions.
7. Your choices and requests
Push notifications are enabled separately in app settings with operating system permission. Turning them off removes the server registration after a successful connection; if offline, the app retries removal later. You can also block notifications in operating system settings. Account deletion removes associated registrations and delivery records. Messages already accepted by the delivery service may still arrive.
You can change a profile’s name and avatar, delete artwork from the local gallery, and delete the account. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing, or to withdraw previously given consent. The rights available depend on applicable law; where necessary, you can contact the relevant data protection authority.
On first launch, analytics and crash reporting are off. You can enable them separately or continue without them: all app features remain available. Your choice is saved on this device and can be changed under “Profiles → Settings → Analytics and diagnostics”.
Turning analytics off stops further reporting and resets local analytics data. Crash reports may be sent on later launches only for sessions during which diagnostics remained permitted. Technical reports may be created locally without permission to send them; reports from sessions without consent or where consent was withdrawn are not sent and are cleared on later launches. Withdrawal does not cancel an upload already in progress or delete data already sent to Firebase/Google. Contact support to ask about deleting that data.
This choice does not disable data needed for sign-in, game features, or server security. Analytics data is not used for advertising. This policy does not itself constitute consent to optional processing.
Fulfilling a request may require a secure way to verify your connection to the account. Do not send passwords, PINs, sign-in codes, or access tokens. Because there is no standard email registration, a sender’s email address alone may not be enough to locate an account.
8. Minors
Observe the app’s age rating in your app store. If applicable law requires a legal representative’s involvement to use the service or process a minor’s data, an adult must ensure that involvement.
Choosing a child profile does not verify age or confirm parental consent. The current version does not allow a new parental PIN to be set up. Do not upload images or information about other people without the necessary rights and permissions.
9. Policy changes
The current version is available at this address. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Questions about changes can be sent to info@proffi.io.
