You can delete your account directly in the app. There is no need to contact support. Deletion affects all profiles in the account and is irreversible for active artwork, progress, and drafts.
How to delete your account
- Open DreamDrawer on the device that uses the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profiles tab. If a child profile is selected, switch to an adult profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm by tapping Delete permanently. If a parental PIN was previously set up for the account, the app will ask you to enter it.
- Wait for the operation to finish. An internet connection is required to delete server data. If an error appears, try again or contact support.
Before deleting your account, export any artwork you want to keep. Do not uninstall the app from your device until the operation is complete.
What is deleted
- The main account record, its profiles, and avatars.
- Personal coloring pages, game data, and rewards associated with the account in the service’s active database.
- Local artwork, progress, drafts, and game logs on the device used to perform deletion.
- The Firebase account: the app sends a separate request to delete it. If this step does not finish, the app tells you.
The service also starts cleaning up associated source files. If there is a temporary failure, cleanup may finish later.
What may remain
- A deletion record: the technical Firebase identifier and deletion date are retained to prevent the old account from being recreated. Automatic deletion of this record is not currently configured.
- Technical logs and backups. Their retention periods have not yet been established; deleting an active account does not guarantee immediate deletion of all such copies.
- Firebase/Google analytics and crash reports. These are processed separately, and deleting an account does not automatically erase all previously sent events.
- Your own files. You are responsible for deleting original photos, drawings exported to Photos, and copies on other devices.
For more information, see Storage and deletion in the Privacy Policy.
If you delete only one artwork
Deleting an artwork in the gallery removes it and its progress from the device. The server data for the completed coloring page and preview remains. To delete associated server data, delete the account or contact support to request deletion of specific data.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@proffi.io with the subject “DreamDrawer: account deletion”. Include whether you still have access to the previous device, the app version, profile name, and details of your request. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or access tokens.
The account is not linked to an email address, so an email alone is not enough to find and delete it automatically. Support will clarify a secure way to verify your connection to the account. The website does not perform deletion itself or ask you to enter secret information.
If you want to delete specific data rather than the entire account, describe this in your request as well. Whether and when the request can be fulfilled depends on verifying that the data belongs to you and on applicable requirements; no fixed deadline for deleting all copies has currently been established.
Uninstalling the app is not the same as deleting your account
Removing DreamDrawer from your device does not itself start deletion of the server account. First use the Delete account action if you want to stop using the service and delete associated data.
